This portrait of Cezanne revolves around the central theme of his painting his fascination with nature and his love-hate relationship with his birthplace, Aix-en-Provence. Richly illustrated with his painting the story opens with the artist ar 67 and traces his career to his final recognition as the “father of modern painting.

Light and colour flood the canvases of Claude Monet with beauty beyond compare. The film portrays Monet’s story as an artist and giant of the impressionist movement, using his own words with excerpts from journals, personal interviews, and his magnificent paintings.
